Tingshas cymbals are used as musical offering in spiritual practices at regular intervals in order to maintain concentration. Striking the cymbals together creates a beautiful clear high note which clears the air, creating a stillness. The cymbals are embossed with OMPMH symbols on the top and engraved with similar cymbals underneath.

Each cymbal measures approximately 6.5  x 1.5 cms (2.5 x 0.75 inches) and is made mainly of bronze with some copper and tin added. Cymbals weigh approximately 223 grams.
