A lavender eye pillow is an easy, and highly effective way to relax and enjoy the wonderful benefits of lavender aromatherapy. Simply place the eye pillow over your eyes, breathe in, relax and enjoy the calming effects of lavender. Stress relief couldn't be any easier! They are also helpful for headache and muscle relief. Flaxseed gives pliability to the eye pillow. Relaxing the eyes with an eye pillow also causes the eyebrows, cheekbones, temples to relax. Our neck pillow wrapped around your neck gives a deep relaxation from neck and shoulders. Try both together for a total relaxation. A slightly refrigerated eye pillow and/ or neck pillow cools the eyes, neck and shoulders further. Placing your eye or neck pillow in the freezer for minimum 10 minutes or for a few hours in a plastic bag or zip lock bag, stays soft and adds a 'very cool' element to your relaxation experience. When the coolness wears off, turn it over and the other side will give you additional cooling relief. They comfort tired eyes when warmed slightly more than body temperature in the microwave. Never place the eye pillow directly on the eyes when it is too hot! For the neck it will give no problems. All our eye pillows and neck pillows are filled with top quality organic lavender and organic flax seeds from Croatia. Eye pillow measures 22x8cms. Material: Bags are made of 100% cotton
